Tree of Life Yoga is committed to creating community by caring for each other, our students, and those with which we interact. We strive to bring a peaceful and present mind to all we do but are aware that we must take care of ourselves first.
At Tree of Life Yoga, we present daily yoga classes in a variety of styles to serve the varied needs of people of all ages and from all walks of life. Through our smorgasbord of offerings, we strive to enhance each person’s practice so that it will be one that offers a long, happy life, comfortable in his/her own skin and free from injury and pain. Yes, yoga can help you do this.
While daily yoga classes are the core offerings of our studio, Tree of Life Yoga also offers a sangha space, master classes, series classes, playshops, workshops, Ayurveda, private classes, yoga therapy, group therapy and a boutique that supports the yoga lifestyle.
