Hank has been practicing yoga for more than eleven years and is an RYT200 teacher certified by Yoga Alliance. He has practiced and studied many different yoga styles, including; Iyengar, Jivamukti, Yin, Ashtanga, Forrest Vinyasa and Bikram.
Hank combines creative sequences, visualization techniques and strong poses to create a deep and enduring yoga experience for all levels of students. His classes are ultimately designed to create a fitter body and a tighter yoga butt for his students; with the added benefit of a healthier mind and fierce attitude. This is not your grandma ma's yoga practice. Be ready to sweat and move. His hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced and really, really, really strong.
